A causa delle previste cattive condizioni meteorologiche che possono interessare il territorio dove si svolge il raduno con possibili situazioni in cui sono a rischio le condizioni di sicurezza richieste per la manifestazione, abbiamo dovuto prendere la non facile decisione di annullare l’evento previsto per il prossimo sabato 15 febbraio, compresi i relativi programmi collaterali.
È una decisione sofferta ma le criticità previste e l’impossibilità di mantenere il Gradisca al livello delle aspettative costruite in 40 anni di attività, impongono una scelta che, per quanto drastica, rappresenta la soluzione prevista nell’impostazione della manifestazione e nelle autorizzazioni rilasciate.
Sarà nostro impegno rimborsare le quote tesseramento sportivo richieste anche come preiscrizione alla manifestazione, in tempi e modalità che saranno comunicate a breve.

Aufgrund der vorhergesagten schlechten Wetterbedingungen, die das Gebiet betreffen, in dem das Offroad-Treffen stattfindet, und mit der Gefahr, dass die für die Veranstaltung erforderlichen Sicherheitsbedingungen nicht eingehalten werden können, mussten wir die nicht leichte Entscheidung treffen, die für nächsten Samstag, den 15. Februar, geplante Veranstaltung einschließlich der damit verbundenen Begleitprogramme abzusagen.
Es ist eine schmerzhafte Entscheidung, aber die zu erwartenden kritischen Situationen und die Tatsache, dass es unmöglich ist, Gradisca auf dem Niveau der in der 40-jährigen Tätigkeit aufgebauten Erwartungen zu halten, erfordern eine Entscheidung, die, so drastisch sie auch sein mag, die einzige Lösung ist, um dem Konzept der Veranstaltung und den erteilten Genehmigungen gerecht zu werden.
Wir werden alles daransetzen, die im Rahmen der Voranmeldung für die Veranstaltung verlangten Sportmitgliedsbeiträge rückzuerstatten. Fristen und Modalitäten werden wir in Kürze bekannt geben.

Due to the expected bad weather conditions that will affect the area where the event takes place, putting at risk the safety conditions required for the event, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the event scheduled for next Saturday, February 15, including the related collateral events. It is a painful decision but the impossibility of maintaining the Gradisca4x4 at the level of expectations built up in 40 years of activity, impose a choice that represents the solution foreseen in the setting of the event and in the authorizations issued. We will be committed to refunding the sports membership fees requested also as pre-registration for the event, in times and ways that will be communicated shortly.
