RELEASE/AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PUBLICATION OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

LIBERATORIA/AUTORIZZAZIONE PER LA PUBBLICAZIONE DI FOTO E VIDEO

The undersigned, as a participant in the “International City of Gradisca 4×4 Rally” event organized by G.F.I. ALPE ADRIA off-road, a.s.d. on 6-7-8 December 2025 (possible postponement date 20-21-22 February 2026);

AUTHORIZES and EXPRESSLY CONSENTS
FREE OF CHARGE, WITHOUT LIMITS on TIME, MEANS, or REPETITIONS,
also pursuant to ARTICLES 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and ARTICLES 96 and 97 of Law 633/41:

  • the recording, post-production, use, reproduction, publication and sharing of photographic images of one’s own person (or of the person for whom one exercises the inherent authority) and/or audio and/or video recordings relating to one’s own person (or of the person for whom one exercises the inherent authority), as well as of the vehicle, including the license plate, with which one participates in the event, collected during the event in question by the organizing ASD and/or on its behalf by photographers and/or technicians and/or in any case by persons specifically appointed by the latter for this purpose;
  • any changes to the footage as made above, according to the publication needs of these, also confirming full consent for them;
  • the reproduction, publication and diffusion of all the above material throughout the entire world through the website of the organizing ASD as well as through any and all other means and/or websites that the organizing ASD deems fit to use directly or indirectly for the promotion of the aforementioned event and without time limits and/or repetition, or by using the websites of the Sports Promotion Entities to which it is affiliated;
  • considering Article 96 of the personal right Law and the fact that the event is open to the public, crew members may be filmed using audio/video means”

at the same time also AUTHORIZES and EXPRESSLY CONSENTS FREE OF CHARGE pursuant to the CURRENT PROVISIONS referred to in LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679:

  • the collection, storage in its archives of the G.F.I. ALPE ADRIA off-road, a.s.d. and the processing of their images (or of the person for whom the relevant authority is exercised) and/or all personal data indicated above, together with any additional data communicated by the interested party when registering for the event in question and/or otherwise legitimately collected via and/or during the interested party’s participation in such event, for the purposes of managing and/or compiling and publishing the rankings,
    for the provision of any prizes, for the fulfillment of any tax obligations related to such possible payment, for the fulfillment of any and all obligations to which the organizing ASD is bound as promoter of the event in question and/or its affiliation with the Sports Promotion Body (such as, for example, the stipulation of any insurance policies related to the event, the submission of rankings and/or event reports to the Sports Promotion Entities for publication on its websites).
    To comply with any further obligations from the law and/or the provisions of the sport Regulation.
