Meeting of participants in Gradisca d’Isonzo (GO), registration accreditation and acceptance of participation documents in the Bergamas room;

Inaugural ribbon cutting of the event; Miss Friuli Venezia Giulia will be sending off each vehicle at the starting gate.

Return of off-road vehicles to Gradisca d’Isonzo.
18.30
Closing of the event in the Bergamas room with awards to the most representative clubs and the best placements

The price includes the refreshment stops.
A reduction is foreseen for G.F.I. members of the year 2022.
Compulsory registration, online only, from 01-10-2022 until all available places are exhausted and in any case by 01-12-2022 with payment of € 10.00 (included in the fee) for membership in a sports promotion body. The balance will be paid only when the participation documents are collected in the Bergamas room in Gradisca d’Isonzo.
In case of any free places, registrations can be reopened after 01-12-2022 with a fee increased to € 195.00 and which does not require membership in a sports promotion body.

USEFUL INFORMATION
In the square, before departure, all engines must remain off to limit the polluting effect.
Participants will be offered two routes on a bilingual Italian/English road book
TOURIST:
designed on the white sheets of the road book, without particular difficulties and suitable for all standard 4×4 off-road vehicles and sport utility vehicles.
DEMANDING:
drawn on the yellow sheets of the road book, indicated for all standard 4×4 off-road vehicles and not recommended for sport utility vehicles.
(The demanding off-road sections, for safety and organizational reasons, will be open at a certain time beyond which assistance will not be guaranteed.)
Participants are required to maintain a type of driving appropriate to the circumstances of the time and place.
Refreshment stops are planned.
The participant will be able to decide personally and independently on the practicability and safety of the routes indicated in the road book; the organization does not impose any obligation, the driver will be the person responsible, in every aspect, for the crew and the vehicle.
Only the routes indicated in the road book are authorized for transit, exceptionally and only for event participants. There are no set travel times to complete the routes.
The paths, accessible to all 4x4s, are widened in the narrowest paths, cleaned of branches and brambles in order to avoid scratches and damage to the bodywork.
Based on the authorizations issued, vehicles over 35 q., quads and tracked vehicles are not admitted to the rally.
It is not mandatory but the presence of a tow rope on board is recommended. It is advisable to anchor the license plates well.
The sticker with the participation number must be displayed on the left side of the vehicle
COLLATERAL PROGRAMS
Free tourist routes on Thursday 1st, Friday 2nd and Sunday 4th, February 2024.
4 × 4 trials – by reservation, on Saturday 3rd February 2024.
Historical tour – by reservation, on Sunday 4th February 2024.
Changes to the meeting program due to force majeure or, in the event of severe bad weather with river flooding, with possible postponement, will be made known only via the website www.gradisca4x4.com by Wednesday 31 January (it is advisable to make appropriate arrangements with the hotels for any overnight stays highlighting the possibility of postponement to February 24th – or cancellation).
